In today's volatile market, it was nice to see that there was a lender concerned with their clients. My "former" lender had received BILLIONS in taxpayer bailout money, but was extremely rude and unhelpful. Considering I only refinanced 65% of my home value, I am appaled at their unwillingness to assist.
