I was involved in a divorce and tried to refinance through my then current lender. Because of being self employed, the process was less than favorable. Everyone at Quicken Loans was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs and worked tirelessly to ensure the closing on my loan. In today's volatile market, it was nice to see that there was a lender concerned with their clients. My "former" lender had received BILLIONS in taxpayer bailout money, but was extremely rude and unhelpful. Considering I only refinanced 65% of my home value, I am appaled at their unwillingness to assist. However, Quicken Loans, and in particular, Kyle Glenn, my broker, took charge and made the experience as painless and pleasurable as possible. Thanks to them, my home is now secured for my children's future. Kudos to all involved. I would recommend Quicken Loans and Kyle to anyone without hesitation.
