I chose Quicken because they had the best rate and lowest fees for the refinancing terms I wanted. As with any loan, the borrower needs to be knowledgeable about the process, terminology and market options. Quicken's great website feature that downloads loan documents for review/signature and allows uploading the scanned/signed documents makes paperwork exchanges very easy. My Mortgage Banker was extremely responsive to any questions I had -- and I had many. I would definitely recommend Quicken to friends and family.
