This was the easiest loan process I've ever had, and I've been through several. My guy at Quicken was extremely accommodating, as we actually switched a few things back and forth in my favor each time. This was the first time it felt like someone was helping me get the best thing for me, instead of trying to sell me what they wanted me to get. Email responses were rapid, I was never out of contact and never felt like I was annoying them with all my questions.
