My loan was a FHA streamline, so it was the easiest loan out there. Everything was going good until around closing. They called me at 7:00 pm and told me that I HAD to close the next day at 8:00 am. I told them that I was in Washington D C and would not be home for 3 days. The person on the phone said I had to be there if I want to close this loan, so I caught the last flight to home. The next morning, the lawyer arrived at our house and asked us if we had the paper work. We told him that they said he would bring it with him and he had know idea about it. So I had to fly back to D C with out closing the loan and when I tried to call my loan officer all I got was his voice mail. This went on for about 4 days not knowing what was going. Finally we got a new closing date, I asked to see the paper work before the closing so I could look through it and they said it wasn't going to be ready until the closing. When we finally closed, I got the paper work 5 days later for our records. There was know sorry for having me fly home and wasting my time and money. In my experiance this was not the best that I have received. I would not recommend them in the future. Editor's Note: Hello and thank you for your review.
