This is my third refinance, due to a huge remodeling project for the past four years. The process for this loan was the most smoothest, comfortable, secured experience I have ever been through. Everything was done online which at first I was very uneasy with. The papers to sign and emailing, faxing all done with out seeing my representative was a first. I realized nothing could go wrong for me because I will sign the final papers with an attorney. This was a fantastic way of doing business because we are so busy with our lives. I am very pleased. On a marketing note, I took three weeks to call Quicken Loans, my representative Sam Albulhassan, because of the name "Quicken Loans". In this huge world of internet crimes, I felt uneasy of the name, everything on line, etc. I would definitely rename that part of your company to something the homeowner feels safe with. There is nothing "Quick" about redoing your mortgage and adding about $500 month to your payment. But other than that I would recommend and have, to my friends and family, but their eyes crunch when I say "Quicken Loans", I saw your add on CNN and was the reason I even called.
