I hate the process of refinancing a home. We have done it a few times in the past. I worked for Intuit when it owned Quicken Loans. This is why I decided to try Quicken Loans the first time. Brian Baumann our loan specialist treated us so good we came back. Probably will again in the future if we need to refinance or purchase!
