My sister recommended Mehtap and Quicken Loans to us after we had an excruciating experience with another lender. Mehtap and Quicken were a delight - fast, thorough, professional, friendly, easy to contact with questions and quick to answer them. The closing was IN OUR HOME and at a time convenient to us - I didn't think this kind of service existed anymore. but at Quicken, it seems to be the norm! If we have another need to refinance, Quicken will be our ONLY choice. Thanks again, and have a happy 2010!
