The entire Quicken Loans team was phenomenal. In contacting us and describing the loan modification offer from the lender, my wife and I were skeptical. It sounded too good to be true. The skeptimism stemmed from the climate at the time, with scams, etc., and we did our due diligence to confirm. Needless to say, the Quicken Loans team was helpful, provided information and answered all our questions, and more importantly, with cheerful patience. They made an otherwise cumbersome process as easy as possible. We were approved for the loan modification last year which was extremely timely, given the current economic circumstances. In dealing with Quicken Loans, we only had a positive experience.
