Quicken Loans follow through with America's Strengths.
Starting from the first telephone call with my banker Mr Brandon Dobos. Mr Dobos started by giving me Hope, explaining the requirement process and immediately getting the necessary information to begin. The Faith in Mr Dobos expertise came in his confidence that we can get this refinance done for You. By all means, Honesty with Brandon Dobos, with himself and executive team players were always present. Mr Dobos and his executive team were right on time with return phone calls, emails through the entire process of my loan. I never felt that I was put aside while working with Quicken Loan executives.
When Mr Dobos was on leave, he called before leaving to give me his Executive's name Mr Andrew Miller's information and this was a great thought that kept the process moving smoothly, Mr Miller was excellent with all His expertise as well, Wow, What a Great Team effort!
When the day arrived for the signing of my Quicken Loan Mr Dobos and the team members ensured step by step process with emails and calls to keep in touch all the way to completion. I felt very comfortable with the lady attorney coming to my home to finalize my loan.
My Quicken Loan American Dream with Hope, Faith and Honest all the way came true for me.
