My loan officer was Andrew Leopard and we had many conversations but finally got it all ironed out. The important thing is that I received a competitive loan with minimal closing costs. I also dealt with Brian Wright when items were being clarified. We had some confusion on if an appraisal was required and if PMI was needed, but these issues were eventually clarified. Overall, a good experience based upon the end result.
