I was drowning myself in debt when I came across an advertisement on possible lower by bills which then brought me to quicken loans. I got a hold of Rick Diaz. Initially I did not qualify then we waited 5 months and began the process. 4- 6 weeks later. Rick Diaz and Bryan Cedarbaum were very helpful and answered and questions. They also referred me to customer service on some other issues. I think her name was Linda. All questions were answered and everything went through.
