RICK DIAZ AND KEVIN DAUGHERTY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL WITH OUR REFINANCE. THERE WERE MANY HURDLES, HOWEVER RICK STAYED ON TOP OF EACH DETAIL AND OUR LOAN WAS CLOSED IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM TO ANYONE NEEDING THEIR SERVICES.
