Jared Plonski, a Senior Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans, has stayed in touch regularly over the years and facilitated our refinance at the perfect time. We very likely would have missed out had he not called when he did--3 weeks after a local mortgage company could not manage to close on a refinance in less than 45 days.
