This was an excellent process. Our banker with Quicken was Michael Telesy. He was great. Yes, he was anxious and enthusiatic to close the deal, but he was patient with my questions and provided thorough answers. The whole process was smooth, if not slick. No surprises at closing, and all the documents were provided in plenty of time to review. The terms of the loan were as Mr. Telesy said they would be. Closing was arranged at our home on a saturday at our convenience. The notary that Quicken employed for closing was excellent. I don\'t rememeber his name, but he was patient and did not hurry through the signing process at all. Refinancing was an easy procedure with Quicken that saved us money. I highly recommend.
