We had a pleasant experience with Quiken Loans staff. We started with Tyler Marsh helping us get our credit score up. He did a wonderful job and was enjoyable to work with. Tyler brought in Michael Telekesy to show us every step of the way. He set us up with a realestate agent in our area. We found the house that we wanted and Michael, the realestate agent and the loan company all worked very well together. The closing was held up a little but it was of no fault of Quicken Loans. They did everything to make things good for us. The only thing that was a little negitive was the rebates that we were promised. We got them but I had to contact several people before that happened. Just make sure that you as a consumer keep all emails, so if needed you can show what you were promised and then Quicken Loans will make it good. Happy house hunting Sincerely, Arlene M.
