We were quite pleased with the way our loan process progressed from start to finish. There were some language issues that we were able to work out through frequent telephone conversations. A discrepancy with the closing interest rate was quickly corrected with a brief telephone call to Rick and Jason. All and all; the entire deal was a pleasurable experience.
