Tom Tersigni, Mortgage Banker, processed our mortgage application and was very detailed in reviewing the application. After his review he again read the Quicken Loans requirements for their various loan requirements and then advised us that the VA Mortgage would be our best option and told us the interest rate with the time period it was effective. During the processing of the application questions came up and Tom was immediately helpful in guiding us to what information was required and through faxes and e-mails I sent Tom, immediately put these replies in their system. Quicken Loans promptly made a referral for a local realator who was most helpful in the search for the perfect home for our family and successful within a few weeks. Quicken Loans also had the Title Company they use to do the closing which went very well.
