The mortgage banker was fantastic and helped so much. The closing team however was nothing but rude and had no knowledge of what they were doing. The banker is the one who actually helped clear things up for the closing team and had them recheck their numbers, which were wrong. If the closing team didn't give us such a headache in the last few days I would gladly recommend Quicken to others. Unfortunately because of that, though, I hesistate to tell others to work through Quicken.   Editor's note: I'm sorry to hear about your experience!
