Stacy McNary was absolutely awesome in guiding me perfectly through a complicated process for me. But Stacy was patient, extremely helpful in every way. I remember one day very vividly working at the local library , with a fax at the information desk, I was on a computer and using my cell phone with Stacy. It seemed like a nightmare to me. But Stacy was very reassurring that I was doing fine. She was very COOL and I really loved and appreciated her more than I could ever begin to express in words! Now it seems so funny and yet miraculous! She's the GREATEST!
