From the 1ST phone call till the day we closed (89)day's from start to finish,Nathan Ricci put 150% into helping me secure my home loan.He went to bat for me several times,before hours ,after hours,nights,and even made follow up phone calls to me on the weekends.He did what ever it took to help me get my loan.It was a long road but what ever i needed he took care of me.Also on his team there was a young lady,her name was Sarah Lambert,she was also very professional in all aspects of her job.Towards the final day's before closing i had said to Nathan and Sarah there are only two things you have not asked me for a DNA sample an my birth weight.They both laughed.All said and done if i had to do it over again both Nathan Ricci and Sarah Lambert employed by Quicken Loans would be by far my 1ST choice.Awesome job to both of you.
