After shopping around for low interest rates I was pleased with the competitive rates Quicken was able to offer and my loan options were clearly presented to me by Rob Snyder. Even when our house appraisal came back much less favorable then I was expecting Quicken was able to keep the same low rate they promised and keep my monthly payments at the same level as promised, by using lender-paid PMI. (Getting rid of PMI was one of my goals in refinancing.) The small increase in closing costs was a small price to pay to have the peace of mind of a low fixed rate and affordable monthly payments. This was my second time using Quicken and I would definitely return to them in the future.
