Mortgage refinancing is generally a time consuming, frustrating, and somewhat stressful event; but not so with Quicken Loans. In our history, we have purchased 3 homes and refinanced 5 times among the three homes. Our last experience was refinancing our current home through Quicken Loans and we have never had such a delightful experience with any process of this nature. Quicken Loans made it easy, effortless, efficient and even enjoyable. Our Mortgage Banker, Nathan Ricci, was the icing on the cake. Dealing with Nathan was like dealing with a close friend who cared about the outcome and how it best benefited us. After we closed, we actually missed our talks with Nathan.
