We've purchased and refied a number of homes in our day (eight to be exact) and Quicken offered the fastest, clearest process of any of them. It took about one month with Quicken from first contact to close (one of their competitors told us we were looking at about 3 months to complete their process!). We were treated with respect, courtesy, and we had a few laughs along the way, too. Deadlines were met; we were able to negotiate around some of the costs; and we felt part of the process not caught up in some machine that was going to eat us alive. If you've ever purchased, you know what we're talking about. Many thanks to Adam R. and his highly competent coworkers. It was the first time we actually enjoyed the refinance process--and this in the middle of a recession.
