Let me begin by saying that from the beginning of the short process to accomplish the refinancing of my family’s home I was in awe! The moment I was connected to my consultant I felt comfortable and assured I was dealing with some one that new what she was doing. Not once did my representative have to place me on hold to get with a supervisor for clarifications or to gather some type of miscellaneous information. Only once, did she ask me to stand by so she could get an immediate approval for a variety of discounts and waivers that I qualified for, and that did not take but a minute. Tara Boven is the professional that I writing about. Many of you that will read this review will think I actually work for Quicken Loans. Well let me assure you, I do not, my story is true. I began the process Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 4:04 PM if I am not mistaken and on April 30 at 630 PM I completed the process. Most of the delays were on my part, due to my schedule. After a few documents were transferred to Tara, (and I mean a very few), I arrange for the appraiser to meet me at my home on a Saturday when I return from travel, that was the 24th. On Friday the 30th, yes, April 2010 I arranged for the Notary to meet my wife and me at my home to sign the final documents. DONE! I am 57 years young. I can not promise that your process or experience will be as easy, but what I can tell you if you are going to refinance your home or need assistance with a service that Quicken Loans provides, I would learn if Tara Boven has any thing to do with that service in your location or area. Finally, if she did I would request that she manages the service.
