My experience with Quicken Loans has been nothing short of spectacular. I've been impressed every step of the way. Jonathan Smart made the whole process a breeze, and he got it done in no time--completely UNLIKE CITIMORTGAGE & CHASE who made every component of the application process hell. I knew Quicken was different the first time I talked to Jonathan when he gave me his cell number and encouraged me to call him ANY time I had questions, regardless of the hour. Absolutely unheard of. With Citi, I was lucky to get a 5-digit extension just so I could talk to the same person again. I contacted Quicken purely by happenstance, and I'm so glad luck or fate sent me that way. Quicken was not the first company through which I applied for refinance, but it was the best and the last. I truly appreciate the way they run their business. I highly recommend Quicken and Jonathan without hesitation to friends, family, and anyone else in need of a mortgage loan. Trust, I will be calling when I buy my next house! Since the refinance, I had to reach out to Quicken Client Relations because Citimortgage claimed to have sent my escrow check to Quicken (which turned out to be a blatant lie). Amber in Client Relations made quick work of them! She knew exactly what to say, helped me figure out what really happen, and was instrumental in getting the issue resolved right away.
