We were able to immediately have a conversation about my needs, how I wanted the loan structured and he assisted me in this with good advice as to what bills I would pay off in my refinance. Follow-up calls were always returned expiditiously, and he was able to allay any concerns I might have had. I always felt there was someone there for me with Brian, even if I just needed reassurance. But he clearly know his business, and could speak with real understanding about loans. Andrew was equally responsive and prompt on acknowledging receipt of documents, the reasons why something was needed and I was never left feeling that what was discussed would not be carried out professionally and promptly.
