Rick Diaz and his team made refinancing very simple and quick, yes it was easier to refinance my home than to change my name on the morgage. They were very heplful and took pleasure in explaining things. They were never bothered by my calls and checked in with us on a regular basis. By all means yes I would use Quicken loans again.
