Being a first time homebuyer, this was a trying experience for me. My mortgage banker was Jason Pitts and my customer care representative was Jason Graff. Both men were wonderful! They always answered the phone or returned my phone calls promptly. They were very kind and did everything possible to make this an enjoyable experience for me. I honestly dont think that there are enough words to describe how pleased I am with these two. Multiple times Jason Pitts went out of his way ensuring that I was comfortable with everything happening and he even contacted my agent to make sure that we were all on the same page when we got further along in the process. He was a pure joy to talk to. Jason Graff was very kind, professional and was very diligent in making the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I have already referred these two to others who are considering purchasing a home. I am very satisfied with choosing Quicken and will certainly use them again, should I need the services. Great job!!!
