I started by calling Quicken when a certain non-profit just didn't seem to want my business. After the first conversation, I knew I was going to be using Quicken. They offered a great product and their staff remained patient with me even though I called them literally 10 times a day. I will be recommending Quicken to anyone I know whose looking for to purchase or refinance.
