Thirty seconds after filling out an online form to check mortgage rates our home phone began to ring. The first mortgage banker who called told me to \"chillax\" when I voiced that I found his call a little bit intrusive (I had literally submitted the form less than a minute before he called). Oh and here is the absolute best part, for a few hundred dollars more a month I am getting a brand new kitchen and I will own my house 8 years sooner!!! Its almost too good to be true!
