To be honest, I went into this refinance process through Quicken Loans with some apprehension and much reservation. In all my previous refinancing experiences with other institutions, I was always surprised with unexpected fees and other hoops to jump through. I would like to say that my experience with Quicken Loans, via Matt Smith, was the most painless and most pleasant refinancing process I have ever been through. I was surprised and amazed how easy and seamless the whole process went. I’m still waiting for the catch. I most definitely would recommend Matt Smith and Quicken Loans to anyone planning on refinancing.
