We were very happy with the way each step was explained to us. E-signing was great. Kyle Bishop was very prompt in returning our phone calls and always kept us informed as to what was going on. It was really nice to do everything over the internet or by fax. The notary (Claudette) called as soon as the loan was ready to be notarized and explained the process to us. Time from start to finish was much faster than our originally loan. Received refund check and checks to send to our creditors two days after final closing date. Would definitely use Quicken Loans again and recommend them to family and friends. Thank you!
