I would like to say without the help of Ann Copenhaver I would have gone with another bank for my refinance. At first I felt the person I dealt with was like the old bait and switch game. He told me one thing and did another. After I decided to chose one of the other banks, Ann contacted me and was more then helpful. She was great.
