The only problem we had was that each time we would submit a requested routine financial or credit statement, Quicken would request more detailed information about it (like source of a bank deposit, terms of my tax-deferred retirement plan etc.). And then they would ask for a couple of more pieces of information and inevitably a couple of more. It seemed that each time I submitted the one or two requested pieces of information, a couple of days later they would want two more. This went on for about 2-3 weeks. Sometimes the numbers we were originally promised didn't match with the later ones, but after explanations were made it made sense. The brokers and customer service reps were great. Other than these hassles, it was a good process.
