Mr. Burnstein did a good job. This was the most mishandled transaction I've ever been through in myentire adult life. All of the others need to have remedial customerservice. There needs to be greater coordination of efforts- many peoplehandle one customer, repeating errors in communication of incorrectinformation. In good concious I could not refer anyone to Quicken Loans.
