The quicken loan process was fine. I went to them for a house loan and I got it. The customer login website is great too...where you can log in and keep track and review of all your documents and process status. The electronic signature processes are great, saves you from faxing a 100 pages back and forth. The paperwork faxing was to minimum, 99% of it is done online thru the customer site. The service agent took lots of time to explain everything over the phone, and was very responsive when I called in with questions.
