Alan Skiba took my request for info, and within a day I had made the decision to work with him to secure a refi at the amount he quoted. The closing person, came to my office (where I secured a conference room for privacy) and we had the closing done in 30 minutes. Although I thought I would owe for another month's loan payment, I discovered that I didn't when that payment was returned to me from my original loan company. My only disappointment was finding out that they sold my loan to the Bank of America almost as soon as closing, meaning I wouldn't be dealing with them any more. I highly recommend Quicken for their service and experienced personnel.
