I am very pleased with the whole process for my on line mortgage with Quicken Loans. I could call with any questions and was called back promptly or e-mailed. I was kept updated simply by logging on to my account on line. The closing was on my timetable at my home. The documents were sent over a day ahead of time so that they could be reviewed at our leisure. I would definitely recommend this.
