Hello All, I have been dealing with banks, lending institutions and brokers for nearly two decades and I have to say that this has BY FAR, been the best experience yet! I was asked to fill out a short Quicken performance survey at the end of today’s closing, which I did, however, I definitely wanted to take the time to email each and every one of you to tell you how happy I was with the professionalism, team-work, efficiency, and overall top-notch customer service with our recent loan. Please forward this to Brian Cedarbaum, Tamara and Jessica as well, as I did not have their email addresses. I will be looking to purchase a home for my wife and I come March of 2011 and I am looking forward to another great experience with the Quicken staff. I hope you all have a wonderful summer!
