We recently refinanced our home when we became aware that interest rates have dropped substantially. We have had nine mortgages and three of those were to refinance properties. Our recent experience with Quicken Loans and with the help of Neil Staub and his support group was by far the easiest and fastest process we have ever encountered. Although this was our first experience with Quicken Loans I would highly recommend that anyone needing a residential loan give priority to considering Quicken Loans.
