Gerard Lemionet was exceptional. He did not pull any punches, right from the start. From the very beginning he assessed where we were financially, and where he felt he could help us, never pretending to do anything that he could not. He worked hard and was ALWAYS available to answer questions. He was honest and forthright in all matters pertaining to our refinance. The other loan personnel that we worked with were also commendable. Desiree Downing and Cody Metty were the other loan personnel who worked hard for us and were available. All in all, our dealings with the Quicken Loan people was more than I had expected from such a large company. My initial fears were that it would be very impersonal, but the entire team proved my fears wrong.
