In my "Title" I said I was not "Awed, but satisfied", that is based on the last time we did a refi with you. At that time I was totally awed by the swiftness, ease, and professionalism of the process. This time you were just as professional, and our "Team" was very helpful, and deligent in seeing to it that we stayed on track. But the many documents seemed redundant and in some cases petty and silly. However; knowing how the mortgage business has recently been under extraordinary pressure and scrutiny it is understandable, but it still seemed a bit overdone.
