Working with Gerard Lemionet exceeded my expectations on teh loan process and particularly with Quicken loans. Throughout the process Gerard not only effectively communicated and kept me comfortable, but he was always reachable, always available and did exactly what he said he would when he said he would. This gave me a huge sense of trust that Quicken was the company to work with. Compared to any other lender (note i have had 4 loans with Wells in the past 5yrs), I have never had such customer service throughout the process. Many times you cannot even reach your banker with other large banks/ lenders. A final plus was Quickens effective and consistent communications shown passing information, i.e. when i called for an update everyone and anyone at Quicken had the exact same information. Gerard would place up to the minute communications on the loan and i would see the same status on my quicken website. THIS WAS AWESOME. Thank you Gerard, i definitely would do this over with you in a heart beat, and you have my business commitment for life.....now thats a strong statement but Qquicken leaves me now choice no other bank can compete with Quicken on efficiency and customer service.
