We just refinanced our home with Quicken Loan. Our contact with Quicken is Sharon Son and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. In fact she even told me to call her anytime even after our loan was processed. I did just that she continued to be very helpful. The process was quick and easy. In our previous mortgage the documents at settlement had numerous errors. There were no errors in the Quicken Loan documents. One of the nicest parts was having a notary come to us instead of having to take time and travel to a title company. It was wonderful to be able to complete the paperwork online. All in all this was a great experience.
