Garrett Nichols was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. At times the generic emails asking for things we had already sent caused us to think we were missing something when were not. I guess some people like that type of thing daily but we could have done with out it. Overall they tried very hard to provide good customer service and did a nice job. We received a competitive rate. It was completely quickly as well.
