Loan took 2 1/2 months to close! All my docs were in promptly. 1stappraisal was incorrectly done for a single family vs multifamily. Said2nd house not permitted (it was.) Correction took over a month. No senseof urgency/pushing by account team, though they were prompt responding tomy calls, kind and apologetic.
