It is a great pleasure to recommend the services of Jared Polonski with Quicken Loans.

To be honest I was reluctant to refinance my mortgage trough an online brokerage company. However, one of my coworkers who use Quicken Loans recently to refinance, said that he had a great experience working with Jared Polanski, so I decide to make an informational call. His attention to detail, knowledge of the field and no-pressure approach, made me to move on.

He did a fantastic job keeping everyone on schedule and ensuring that I received all of the necessary information to make my refinancing smooth and painless. The whole process was incredible quick and everyone involved in the process proved a high professional standard.

Even though I came across this Quicken Loan through the internet, Rick Diaz was extremely helpful. He was patient on waiting for my documents and was not pushy. Sometimes I would call him late at night and he would answer my questions, because I was concerned, first time I do this. I am glad you all were able to help me. I was drowning myself in debt when I came across an advertisement on possible lower by bills which then brought me to quicken loans. I got a hold of Rick Diaz. Initially I did not qualify then we waited 5 months and began the process. 4- 6 weeks later. Rick Diaz and Bryan Cedarbaum were very helpful and answered and questions. They also referred me to customer service on some other issues. I think her name was Linda. All questions were answered and everything went through.

My loan officer was Andrew Leopard and we had many conversations but finally got it all ironed out. The important thing is that I received a competitive loan with minimal closing costs. I also dealt with Brian Wright when items were being clarified.
We had some confusion on if an appraisal was required and if PMI was needed, but these issues were eventually clarified.
Overall, a good experience based upon the end result.

I have gone through this process many times in my life and it has NEVER been easier than Quicken made it. They keep you informed the whole way through the process so you don’t feel like you’re doing this alone at all. I was completely satisfied and impressed by the ease of it all. Michael and his team really put me in a good place. Everything thay said would happen DID. I got a home loan and am saving money in the process.
