We have had our last couple of loans with Quicken Loans and we are extremely happy we came to Quicken Loans! Evan Vanover, (800) 919-6522 extension 68118 and all of the support has always been trustworthy, faithful, courteous, helpful and always gave the feeling they would go the extra mile for us! If more businesses treated their customers like the Quicken Loans team (kind with a smile and never grouchy) it would lead to an economic turn around. People would want to go out and do business because it would feel good. I recommend Quicken Loans every chance I get.

I recently refinanced my home utilizing Quicken Loans’ services. From beginning to end (less than 3.5 weeks) I was overwhelmed with the professional and expeditious service provided by all of their, highly trained and caring, personnel. What I thought I could liken to a visit with the dentist actually turned out to be a trip to the candy store. First, I was scare to death when I call,because I want to re-finance my house for a long time but I did not want to go throw the headache that come with it. But when Joslynn Child answer the phone, I told her what I was looking for it, and from there she took over, she asked me few questions concern my my finance, and then she started explain me all the opion that I have, and before I knew I was pre aproved, and then I got scare again, because this is like is to good to be truth. But after talk to Joslynn a few time by e-mail I got my conferdence back.She kept me inform of what is going on with my loan, she refer me to Ryan Modica who will help me with paper work.This two persons team make everything so simple and easy for me,especially everything was done by phone e-mail and fax,and I did not even do much of that, they did it all. They were very knowledgeable, professional and patience.I will recommend the Quick Loan to a family member and friends and Joslynn Child and her team to help them. Thank you and may God Bless.

We recently refinanced our home when we became aware that interest rates have dropped substantially. We have had nine mortgages and three of those were to refinance properties.
Our recent experience with Quicken Loans and with the help of Neil Staub and his support group was by far the easiest and fastest process we have ever encountered. Although this was our first experience with Quicken Loans I would highly recommend that anyone needing a residential loan give priority to considering Quicken Loans.

I think the initial estimate of closing costs needs to be more accurate so an informed decision can be made around refinancing. It would be much better to estimate the worst case closing costs than to underestimate them and have them come in more than the orignal estimate.

In my “Title” I said I was not “Awed, but satisfied”, that is based on the last time we did a refi with you. At that time I was totally awed by the swiftness, ease, and professionalism of the process.
This time you were just as professional, and our “Team” was very helpful, and deligent in seeing to it that we stayed on track. But the many documents seemed redundant and in some cases petty and silly. However; knowing how the mortgage business has recently been under extraordinary pressure and scrutiny it is understandable, but it still seemed a bit overdone.
All in all though, we are appreciative of the professionalism of our “Team”, and thank them and you all for helping us through this.
