Quicken Loans – I Really Can’t Express Myself Enough About How Wonderful Ryan Was In Helping Me!

I don’t know where to begin. I am a divorced, single mother of two children. I was able to get my house in the divorce. I tried every local bank and did not get anywhere. I received an email asking me if I wanted to refinance my house. I thought what do I have to loose, let me try one more time. Within a couple of days starting receiving calls from lenders. I ignored the call being skeptical about banks I never heard of. I received a call from Ryan South. Still skeptical not know anything about Quicken Loans, I gave him a chance. He called me informing me that he would try to help out if he could. He started the application process, within days he got back to me. He told me that I had gotten preapproved. Ryan South, has been wonderful throughout the entire application process with everything from helping me fill out the application process to the end of the closing. WIthout the outstanding knowledge and dedication of Ryan South, this could not have been possible for me to refinance. He has greatly helped me throughout the entire process. Just when I had given up on refinancing my house for myself and my two children, needing to get my mortgage in my name, taking my ex husband off my house, Ryan South was there. I wanted to write the letter letting you at Quicken Loan to let you know that Ryan South is a great asset to your company. There should be more dedicated, knowledge like Ryan South. Ryan has no only helped me refinance my house, he has made this a new start in my life for me and my two children. I now can afford to keep my house. Keep up the great work Ryan!

I will continue to let my friends and family and anyone that I come across the great success that I have had with Quicken Loans. I will also continue to recommend Ryan South of Quicken Loans to anyone wanting to buy or refinance a loan for the outstanding and great work he does. He has made my dream of owing my home a reality. It could not have been possible without Ryan.

I liked the way information and the process was presented during the application process. Questions were answered promptly. Bob Nedwicki did a great job taking care of my refinance goals. I would reccomend him to anyone considering a refi.

The entire application/approval process went very smoothly with no surprises. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said regarding the Seller and the Listing Agent (a formal complaint to the Florida Real Estate Commission is in process); despite those drawbacks, my contacts at Quicken Loans acted in a very professional and courteous fashion and made up for the other shortcomings.

Having been in bank data processin for almost 40 years and armed with a thorough knowledge of the secondary market, I realize that Quicken Loans is in business to make, then sell mortgages. I was very disappointed, however, to learn that my mortgage will be serviced by Countrywide Home Loans. I am a firm believer that Countrywide was a prime contributor to the housing market collapse and, based on comments from their CEO, tends to be brusque when dealing with clients.

Was a good 1st experience with quicken Loans. I did however have a couple of issues. One issue was soon after the process started. The fees that I was told I would pay went up. My quicken rep took care of it and adjusted it to the price that was agreed on. The second issue was that I was told I could set up bi-monthly payments. I was told that I could set this up through quicken but later found out that they do not not offer thier service. Then by another quicken rep I was told that I could set it up with the bank that buys my mortgage. The bank that bought my mortgage (Chase) does not have a program either. In the end I found this link http://www.dallasnews.com/s/dws/bus/scottburns/columns/archives/1998/980614SU.htm and I took care of my bi-monthly payement issues myself. Other than those two issues I was happy with the ease of the whole process. All reps were very friendly and quicken send periodic emails to let me know where we were in the re-fi process. Quicken sets up the appraisal and closing, all you have to do is pick a time and date. Very nice.

Your application process was very intuitive. Your mortgage banker had everything he needed at his fingertips. You were able to service my loan with the options I wanted, including concluding the loan expeditiosly. All through the process I received outstanding customer service. All in all, the whole mortgage refinancing experience was an outstanding one.
