I had a great experience working with my banker Joe Sarrach and the rest of his team. He helped me to get through the process that seemed endless with so much patience and great attitude. He kept me informed at all times and offered me best solutions for my mortgage needs. If you are a first-time home buyer, you need someone to “hold your hand”, and Quicken Loans were able to provide this guidance and responded to my questions within minutes most of the time. My concern at first was that the process had to be done online and there was no in-person interaction, however I feel like I have built more trusting relationship than I would have otherwise in-person due to our multiple conversations over the phone and e-mail. I am grateful to Joe and Megan Carve, Senior Client Care Specialist/Processor, for this wonderful opportunity to own my first place.

Rarely have i seen a group of people so dedicated and relentless to achieve their goals. Our personal banker Duane Ehler was superb. We had many obstacles to overcome and he walked through them with the most courteous and professional manner i have ever seen. I will always recommend Quicken to everyone.

Our loan officer, Michael Amine, was wonderful, as was Jason Graff, our Client Care Specialist. Had our approval very quickly, and then signed docs about three weeks later. The paperwork required of us was minimal, and the entire experience was the best we’ve ever had with a re-fi. I’m a notary signing agent, and I hear all the stories about problem transactions, as well as good ones. Quicken is at the top of the list of all the lenders I’ve dealt with, both in my own transactions and those of borrowers I’ve dealt with the past 10 years. Your loan documents are very clear and easy to read, as well. Thank you, so much!

At first I was hesitant to make deals on line because I could not see the person I was dealing with. Maybe it was because of the way other financial institutions treated me. I tried other places and got nowhere talking to computers all day. With Quicken Loans every question I asked came with an answer. I was even able to call my banker on his cell and would always get an answer within minutes. Quicken loans will definitely be a conversation I will bring up with all my friends.

I worked as a manager at an escrow company, which was the subsidiary of an online loan company. I am not new to the mortgage industry, nor the online loan processes and I must say I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of both my loan agent, Todd Jarrold and Quicken as a whole.
