I was very impressed with the professionalism of Rick Diaz. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and very concerned with meeting my requirements in a refinance. He was also courteous and friendly. The loan went very smoothly. All of the other support personnel were awesome as well. You can tell that Quicken has all the processes in place to respond to their customers in timely & professional ways; nothing was overlooked, no call went un-returned. The whole experience renewed my faith that companies can provide a great product & great customer service, if they really want to! I can’t wait to recommend Quicken to my family & freinds.

My first contact with Quicken loans was with Jared Plonski. Right from the start I felt as if I had made the right choice. Jared answered all my questions with clear and concise detail. I tried to deal with the bank that held my note but they never called me back. I then tried a local company and they couldn’t give me a straight answer without me filling out several forms. Jared was able to give me interest rate choices, closing cost choices and loan types within the first 10 minutes of my phone call. Through out the entire process I was kept informed and updated. I never had to leave my house except to mail a UPS envelope. Everything was done through the internet up to closing and then I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Donna Nelson, who came to my home so I could sign all my forms.I was also in contact with Stephanie Summer who worked closely with me to make sure the process was handled in a timely fashion. The best part about working with Jared, Stephanie and Donna was that they were professionals that knew what they were doing and had the authority to get things done without having to pass the buck off to someone else. The whole process was quick, efficient and understandable. I like dealing with people that take pride in their job and want to get things done right.

I’m amazed (and pleased ) with how quickly the process went – it took only 3weeks between my first contact and the closing date. The online processreally worked well, although the were a couple of instances when morepersonal communication would have been appreciated

We have just experienced the best mortgage re-finance ever! We are totally serious about this. I noticed from an add on the internet about the low rates and decided to check it out. Quicken Loans was the first to respond, and her name is Daniella Murcko. She asked the basic questions she needed to so she could check into the best possible rate and told us she would get back to us with 24 hours. True to her word, she did exactly that. She informed us in simple terms what Quicken could offer and asked if we wanted to proceed, informing us of the time frame, paperwork needed, etc. We accepted the offer and everything took place exactly as she said it would, no surprises, no changes in rates or terms, it all went exactly as she stated it would. The next person in charge of telling us what documents were needed was Clinton Riley. We received an email stating all that was needed as well as a personal phone call (Daniella also made phone calls to us which truly added to the personal side of the business deal as well as showing commitment to customers) to be sure we understood exactly what stage we were at and what was to come next. Everything was so smooth from beginning to end, and in 30 days or less!! We have owned several homes and re-financed a few times, and I am truly impressed with the integrity, personalization, and promptness of Quicken and their employees. I would highly recommend this company to anyone even remotely thinking of getting a lower rate, you won’t be disappointed!
